Where can I buy food supplements in Douala?
Belle Aura sells food supplement kits online, delivered within 24 hours anywhere in Douala, 24 to 48 hours in Yaoundé and 2 to 4 days in other Cameroonian cities.
Are the wellness kits medicines?
No. They are food supplements. They support a balanced diet but do not treat any disease. If you take medication, ask your doctor before using them.
Where can I buy genuine perfume in Douala?
Belle Aura sells women's and men's eaux de parfum online, delivered within 24 hours anywhere in Douala. You can also collect your order from the shop.
Do you deliver to Yaoundé and other cities in Cameroon?
Yes. Yaoundé is delivered within 24 to 48 hours. For Bafoussam, Bamenda, Garoua, Kribi, Limbe and other cities, we ship via bus agency in 2 to 4 days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money online, through CinetPay. You can also order on WhatsApp and pay by Mobile Money or on delivery in Douala.
How much is delivery?
Fees depend on your area and are shown before you confirm your order. Pick-up from the Douala shop is free.
How do I choose a perfume without smelling it?
Message us on WhatsApp about what you usually like to wear, or who the gift is for. We'll suggest two or three suitable bottles.
How long does an eau de parfum last?
An eau de parfum usually lasts several hours. Apply it to moisturised skin, on wrists and neck, without rubbing, to make it last longer.
Can I exchange a perfume?
An unopened bottle in its original packaging can be exchanged within 7 days. Contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
